Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee records.
- Assist in drafting offer letters, contracts, and HR correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and databases.
- Support the coordination of interviews, training sessions, and performance appraisals.
- Respond to general HR queries from staff, escalating where necessary.
- Assist with HR projects such as policy reviews
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection and employment law standards.
Person Specification
Essential:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using HR systems.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Familiarity with UK employment law and HR best practices.
