We are looking for an inspirational and experienced Registered Manager to lead Willow Court, our specialist adult nursing care home supporting adults with profound learning disabilities, complex health needs, and multiple disabilities.

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, quality, and compliance of the service, ensuring the people we support receive the highest standards of care while promoting independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
You will lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team, drive continuous improvement, and help shape a positive, supportive culture where both the people we support and our colleagues can thrive.
About the Role
As the CQC Registered Manager, you will:

Lead the day-to-day operation of Willow Court, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality care provision.

Be accountable for regulatory compliance and maintaining standards in line with CQC requirements.

Ensure personalised care and support plans are developed and delivered to meet individual needs and outcomes.

Promote a culture of compassion, respect, inclusion, and person-centred care.

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of nurses and care professionals.

Support Registered Nurses to work in line with NMC professional standards and revalidation requirements.

Manage staffing, recruitment, training, performance, and workforce development.

Oversee service budgets, expenditure, and resource management to ensure quality and sustainability.

Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and champion best practice in safeguarding adults.

Build positive relationships with families, commissioners, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.

Drive service improvement through quality assurance, audits, and continuous development initiatives.

Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota alongside other Registered Managers.
About You
We are looking for someone who can combine strong operational leadership with a genuine passion for supporting adults with complex needs.
You will have:

Experience in a Registered Manager or senior leadership role within adult health or social care services.

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act, and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex health needs, and nursing care requirements.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage high-performing teams.

Experience of budget management and resource planning.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care and positive outcomes.

The ability to manage change, drive improvement, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Desirable

Registered Nurse qualification (NMC registered).

Experience within a nursing home or specialist residential care setting.

Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
