LaunchPad Sports delivers high-quality sports coaching, holiday camps and community programmes to thousands of children every week across primary schools.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable Sports Coaches to join our team.
This is an ongoing role with regular work available throughout the year, including:
- Primary School Sports Clubs
- Holiday Camps
- INSET Day Camps
- PE & PPA Cover
- Community Football, Basketball & Netball Programmes
- Sports Events & Festivals
Whether you're looking for a few days each week or regular coaching opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
Every day is different, but you could be:
- Delivering exciting sports sessions for children aged 4–11.
- Creating a safe, energetic and inclusive environment.
- Running games, challenges and competitions.
- Encouraging participation and building children's confidence.
- Working as part of a supportive coaching team.
- Representing LaunchPad Sports professionally in schools and the community.
Our sessions follow structured activity plans, meaning you'll always have the resources and support needed to deliver outstanding experiences.
We're looking for people who are:

- Reliable and punctual.
- Friendly and approachable.
- Team players with a positive attitude.
Previous coaching experience is welcomed but isn't essential if you have the right personality and willingness to learn.
Essential Requirements
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Strong safeguarding awareness.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.
