Job Description
Paxton Personnel is currently recruiting for 2 x experienced Project Managers to oversee construction projects and ensure they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Quantity Surveyor and site teams to manage programme delivery, project finances, subcontractors, and health & safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Project Quantity Surveyor to support financial reporting and forecasting
- Assist in developing and managing the project programme
- Ensure all health and safety policies and Construction Phase Plans are implemented before work begins on site
- Produce Method Statements and Risk Assessments and support the project Safety Plan
- Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations as Principal Contractor
- Lead and support site teams and employees
- Manage labour resources and maintain productivity
- Coordinate the timely release of materials and design information
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures
- Manage subcontractors and supply chain partners
- Oversee workmanship and ensure projects are handed over snag-free
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong understanding of site health & safety and CDM regulations
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must hold a full, unrestricted UK right to work

Pay: £68,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
