Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Property Maintenance Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our properties. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with repairs across various building systems. Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks
- Operate tools and equipment such as gardening equipment, hand tools etc
- Assist with installing, repairing, and or replacing.
- Communicate effectively with guests, and team members to coordinate maintenance activities and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts used, and inspections performed for accountability and future reference
