Part‑Time Bar Staff – The Claremont, Bath
We are looking for an experienced friendly, enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our bar/front of house team. We are after someone with a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and adapt, and great customer service skills.
The Claremont is a local pub, with a focus on offering great customer service, tasty pizzas and cold drinks. It is important to us that everyone is welcome here and we work hard to build a community around us.
What the role involves
- Serving drinks at the bar with confidence and attention to detail.
- Creating a friendly, welcoming environment for all guests.
- Supporting food service, including taking orders and running orders.
- Maintaining a clean, well‑presented bar and front‑of‑house area.
- Working as part of a team
- Shift patterns may be working in a team or sole charge.
- There is a possibility of learning the kitchen environment for those who want to diversify and increase their hours.
- Helping with events and other duties as required
What we’re looking for
- A warm, engaging customer focused attitude and good communication skills to help our business grow.
- A reliable, punctual team player
- Confidence and adaptability to a changing environment.
- Availability for weekends and evenings is a must.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is beneficial, however training will be provided for the right person.
- Applicants must be 18 or over and available to start ASAP
