We’re now looking for a practical, reliable Site Labourer / Flooring Operative to join our growing contracts team. This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being hands-on, and wants to build a long-term career in a specialist trade with clear progression pathways.
The Role
You’ll support our site teams to deliver flooring safety and surface improvement projects to Sliptech’s high standards.
Work includes both day and night shifts, primarily across London, with occasional nationwide travel - all travel time is paid.
Your key duties:
- Supporting site teams to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Operating specialist cleaning and testing equipment (training provided)
- Conducting slip-resistance tests and recording results
- Maintaining site standards through detailed cleaning and preparation work
- Liaising with clients and representing Sliptech professionally on-site
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
About You
- Positive, reliable and keen to learn
- Flexible with working hours (day/night shifts and occasional weekends)
- Full UK driving licence (required – some shifts start or finish outside public transport hours)
- CSCS card or previous site experience preferred but not essential
- Comfortable travelling to different sites across the UK
