Salary: £42,500 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday

What you will be doing
- Deliver engaging, creative and personalised learning that inspires pupils to achieve their full potential.
- Create a nurturing classroom where pupils feel safe, valued and ready to learn.
- Adapt teaching to meet a wide range of learning, communication and sensory needs.
- Work closely with our Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Psychotherapists to provide truly holistic support.
- Monitor progress, celebrate achievements and help every pupil develop academically, socially and emotionally.
- Build positive relationships with families, ensuring they feel involved in every stage of their child's journey.
- Contribute to a collaborative staff team that is continually developing innovative teaching approaches.
What you will bring
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Is passionate about helping every child reach their potential.
- Creates engaging, inclusive and inspiring learning experiences.
- Builds positive relationships with pupils through patience, empathy and consistency.
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
- Has experience working with pupils with SEND (desirable, but not essential. We welcome teachers from mainstream settings who are eager to learn).
