Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective customers by telephone.
- Generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business leads.
· Control company Data for Lead Generation
· Prepare email lists for marketing campaigns and promotions to new and existing customers
- Update and manage customer information within the CRM system.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and enquiries.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable waste and recycling solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion rates.
- Achieve and exceed agreed KPIs and targets.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in telesales, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Experience working towards targets and KPIs.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- CRM experience preferred, but training will be provided.
- Waste and recycling industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
