Role Summary
Perform a mix of technical, diagnostic and standard service/maintenance functions.
Main Tasks
- Inspecting vehicles and diagnosing any required work
- Liaising with customer service required repairs with customers
- Advising the expected time on job card for vehicle work
- Repairing, servicing or replacing components as required
- Road testing vehicles to test repair work
- Performing service checks
- Cleaning and maintaining the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
Requirements:
- Qualified/Certified Motor Vehicle Technician.
- Diagnostics experience (Bosch, Delphi, TopDon an advantage).
- Good PC Literacy and use of Microsoft Office tools.
- Effective and concise communicator at all levels.
- Customer focused with strong customer service skills.
Circumstances:
