Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Lash Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will specialise in eyelash extensions and enhancement treatments, providing clients with exceptional service and enhancing their natural beauty. Responsibilities
- Applying eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail to achieve customised looks tailored to each client’s preferences
- Conducting consultations to understand clients’ desired outcomes and advising on suitable lash styles and treatments
- Maintaining strict hygiene standards by sterilising tools and workspaces in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client queries or concerns effectively
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest lash techniques, trends, and products through continuous professional development
- Managing appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times
- Ensuring all equipment and products are well-maintained and stored correctly for safety and longevity
Requirements
- Proven experience or training in eyelash extension application or related beauty treatments is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate
- Strong skills in makeup application, particularly eyelash enhancement techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Good communication skills to understand client needs and explain treatment procedures effectively
- A friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for helping clients feel confident and beautiful
- Ability to work flexibly within a team environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety standards
This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills within the beauty industry while delivering outstanding service to clients.
Pay: £12.21-£38.65 per hour
