We are looking for a reliable and organised accounts ledger on a full-time basis, supporting the business in day-to-day finance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and ensuring customer accounts are up to date.
This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and previous bookkeeping or ledger experience within a small business environment.

WORKING PATTERNS
A full-time role will work 40hrs between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Using our current software ‘IBCOS Gold’ to carry out daily tasks
· Maintaining and updating customer accounts in the sales ledger system
· Raising and processing sales invoices accurately and on time
· Reconciling customer accounts and investigating discrepancies
· Chase overdue payments and manage credit control activities
· Producing aged debtor reports and monitoring outstanding balances
· Reconciling online payments, cash handling and till reconciliation
· Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining account details
· Handling credit notes, refunds, and adjustments
· Working with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing queries
· Assist with payroll and expense processing where required
· Prepare financial records and reports for management/accountants
· Ensure all records are filed and maintained correctly
· Support general administrative and finance duties as needed
