We are a dynamic and growing manufacturing and distribution company with multiple depots across the UK. Our Somerset depot, located near Taunton, is seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver/Warehouse Operator to join our team and support our continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery
- Safely deliver products to a variety of business and end‑user customers across the Southwest region.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care.
Customer Service
- Always provide exceptional customer service.
- Actively work to meet customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise during deliveries.
Coordination
- Work closely with the warehouse team to prepare, load, and organise deliveries.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery times, delays, and any concerns that need addressing.
Vehicle Maintenance
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the delivery van.
- Ensure the vehicle is prepared and well‑maintained for daily delivery routes.
Warehouse Support
- Assist warehouse staff in picking, packing, and organising orders when not out on delivery.
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the depot.
Qualifications & Skills
Driving Experience
- Minimum one year of experience in a driving or delivery role.
- Full UK driving licence held for at least one year.
- No more than six points on your licence.
- Must be over 21 for insurance purposes

- Strong customer service skills with a genuine commitment to going the extra mile.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
