What you’ll actually be doing
This isn’t a “create content and hope” role. You’ll own real numbers and have real influence, reporting straight into our Managing Director:
- Running the CRM — tracking, analysing and reporting on lead generation so the Board can see your impact in black and white
- Building communication strategies that keep prospects, customers and even lapsed accounts warm
- Driving new enquiries through email, SEO and social media, and creating the articles, case studies and video content that bring our apprentices’ success stories to life
- Digging into website and campaign data (with a healthy dose of AI-driven insight) to keep sharpening what works
- Getting hands-on with SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, social platforms, WordPress, design tools and AI content tools — using tech to work smarter, not just harder
- Owning the user journey end-to-end, so the right people find us and actually apply
- Recruiting, managing and developing our digital marketing apprentices — yes, you’ll get to shape the next generation of marketers too
