We are offering a flexible position with NO LATE NIGHTS and NO SUNDAY HOURS. You will be offered opportunities to increase your skillset, inc. Microneedling, fat freezing & HiFu facials. We are located in Hoopers luxury dept. store, with a busy clientel already waiting for you.
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Qualified Level 3 Therapists to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in a lively salon setting, providing top-quality treatments and outstanding customer service to our valued clients. ALL WITH NO LATE NIGHTS & NO SUNDAY WORKING
Duties
- Perform a variety of professional beauty treatments, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized advice and solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment area at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, aftercare, and product recommendations
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to enhance service offerings
- Support team members in maintaining a positive and energetic salon atmosphere
Requirements
- Hold a recognized Level 3 qualification in beauty therapy or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service within a salon environment
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues alike
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for the beauty industry
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently
- A proactive approach to learning new techniques and staying current with industry trends
