We are seeking a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist (Band 7–8a) to join our dynamic Community Locality Teams within Forward Thinking Birmingham, working with children, young people and families aged 0–25.
We welcome qualified, newly qualified, or those completing training, and offer a Band 7–8a preceptorship programme with structured support to progress to Band 8a.
- Provide specialist systemic assessment and intervention for children, young people and families.
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team and across agencies.
- Deliver consultation, supervision and training to colleagues.
- Contribute to service development and clinical governance.
- Manage a caseload of complex mental health presentations.
