We are seeking a Retail Sales assistant to join our friendly team at our Tunbridge Wells Store to start as soon as possible.
This would role is initially temporary until January 2027 but may suit someone on a gap year. This role may become permanent to the right candidate.
Full time 8:45am-5:15pm Monday -Friday with alternate Saturdays (a day off would be given during the week) 40 hours per week.
We do not open on Sundays

We have been established for 30 years and pride ourselves on our friendly service, competitive prices and exciting and ever-changing ranges of products.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- dealing with deliveries of stock on a daily basis.
- looking after our vast and varied range of houseplants.
- Making fabulous helium balloons for our customers.
-Being creative with our stock and making fun and engaging displays
- Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
- Maintaining and monitoring our social media with the help and assistance of other team members.
What we are looking for
A person that enjoys working in a customer facing role.
A team player.
A passion for fun and useful products.
Social media experience would be an advantage but not a requirement.
Previous retail experience would be an advantage but not a requirement.
