We are seeking a compassionate, patient, skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming team at Oswald Road Primary School.
The role requires an experienced key adult, with experience of supporting pupils with autism, anxiety and communication needs, who can provide a relationship of trust. This key adult will have experience in:
· children who stammer;
· children who suffer from anxiety;
· autistic girls with learning difficulties, specifically slow processing speed; and
· children who have associated sensory, social, emotional, communication and behavioural difficulties.
35 hours per week for a suitable candidate. The hours will be set as the same pattern each day (Monday to Friday) with a start time of no later than 8.15am.
Please note, the role will include providing 1/1 classroom support to a pupil, in addition to general TA duties.
