We're looking for confident, compassionate care professionals who have the practical skills and experience to provide safe, person-centred support where clinical care is an important part of everyday life.

About the Role
As a Complex Care Worker, you'll provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex medical needs, helping them remain safe, comfortable and as independent as possible within their own homes.
Depending on the individual package, you may be supporting with:
- PEG feeding and care
- Tracheostomy care
- Medication administration
- Suctioning
- Oxygen therapy
- Respiratory support
- Personal care
- Moving and handling
- Clinical observations
- Continence care
- Supporting specialist care plans
- Monitoring changes in health and wellbeing
- Liaising with families and healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate care records
The exact clinical requirements will vary between packages, so we'll match you to opportunities that reflect your experience, skills and training.
Who We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from experienced:
Complex Care Workers | Healthcare Assistants | Senior Healthcare Assistants | Support Workers | Community Care Workers | Clinical Care Assistants
You'll need demonstrable experience working with complex clinical needs and be confident following individualised care plans.
Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:
✔ PEG / enteral feeding
✔ Tracheostomy care
✔ Medication administration
✔ Suctioning
✔ Respiratory care
✔ Oxygen therapy
✔ Moving & handling
✔ Personal care
✔ Complex neurological or physical conditions
We're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate hands-on clinical competence, rather than simply having completed theoretical training.
