1st Visa International is a London-based consultancy platform providing all-rounded business and immigration services for UK and international individuals. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and accumulate experience in sales and marketing related to immigration, local industries and brand promotion.
Main responsibilities
- Develop effective sales strategies and KPI to expand market share.
- Attend meetings, partner visits, networking events and other external appointments to strengthen commercial relationships and promote the company’s services.
- Handle client enquiries and sales discussions on a day-to-day basis, following up leads and helping to convert interest into instructed business.
- Consult with potential clients to understand their individual needs and relocation goals, explaining suitable service options and supporting them through the sales process.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve organisational targets and objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to support service coordination, ensure smooth communication and assist with the delivery of agreed services.
- Assist the marketing team in carrying out online and offline client promotion activities.
Requirements/Experiences
- Previous experience in sales, business development or relationship management.
- Familiarity with RED, WeChat and other social media tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and rapport with clients, partners and stakeholders from different backgrounds.
- Good commercial awareness, with the ability to support sales conversations and manage follow-up actions.
- Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively across internal teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel for client visits, partner meetings, networking events and other business-related activities as required.
- Mandarin speaking preferred

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
