We're looking for an exceptional 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer with genuine technical depth to join our team in the capital of the Cotswolds.

What you'll be doing
As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer you'll be a key point of technical support for our client base. You'll:
- Resolve escalated 2nd line technical issues across a wide range of technologies
- Maintain accurate, high-quality technical documentation
- Spot recurring issues and recommend long-term improvements — not just firefight
- Work day-to-day in industry-leading tooling: our PSA, RMM and IT documentation systems
- Deliver the kind of service that makes clients glad they called
What you'll need – Essential
- Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint and other core services)
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Microsoft Intune
- Core networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi technologies)
- Strong experience with Microsoft client operating systems (Windows 10/11) and the Microsoft 365 / Office application suite
- Configuring and maintaining Windows Server environments, including Exchange, SQL, RDS and IIS
- A solid practical grasp of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
- VoIP systems administration
- A full UK driving licence

- Managing Apple devices, specifically macOS and iOS
- Virtualised environments, specifically AVD, Hyper-V and VMware
- Administering Google Workspace
- Exposure to Linux environments
You are
- An experienced Technical Support Engineer from a Managed Service Provider background
- A natural, motivated problem solver with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Able to juggle multiple tickets and priorities without dropping the ball
- Genuinely passionate about IT and about exceeding customer expectations every time
- Hungry to learn, and keen to help us innovate and improve our services
