We are a growing property investment businesses specialising in sourcing, renovating and managing residential property projects across the UK.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Property & Operations Administrator to join our team and support the smooth running of the business.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting both operational and property-related activity across the group.
The successful candidate will report directly to theHead of Group Operations and will play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, while also supporting the Zing Property side of the business.
You will be responsible for coordinating processes, maintaining accurate systems, and supporting property investment activity from enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support across both businesses.
- Supporting the Head of Group Operations with day-to-day coordination and task management.
- Ensuring internal systems, processes and records are accurately maintained.
- Helping to coordinate property purchases and refurbishment projects.
- Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, surveyors, mortgage brokers and contractors.
- Managing diaries, schedules and project timelines.
- Preparing property information packs, reports and documentation.
- Supporting investor and client communications.
- Coordinating contractor schedules and monitoring progress of works.
- Processing invoices and supporting financial administration.
- Assisting with operational improvements and internal processes.
- Supporting marketing activity including social media scheduling, newsletters and content updates.
- General administrative support across the business as required.

Essential Requirements
- Previous property administrative experience (essential).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy and confidentiality.

Pay: £24,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
