Due to the expansion of our business, post lockdown, we are looking for a dynamic, passionate Sous-Chef to help lead and inspire our fantastic kitchen team. Working closely with the Head Chef, this role will help develop the many sides of the offer, within our newly refurbished and award-winning Warwickshire Gastro Pub.
Our focus is on delivering high quality, freshly cooked food. The successful candidate would need to have experience of working well under pressure, maintain a cool head whilst delivering high volume, and a drive to continually develop and evolve the team and the menu.
