Salary is £24,784.50 per annum, plus an on-target earnings (OTE) opportunity of approximately £9,000 per year, based on the typical performance of previous graduates in this role.
The Role:
We're looking for a motivated and organised Sales & Marketing Graduate to join our Wilmslow office. Working alongside an experienced Senior Business Development Manager, you'll help plan and deliver marketing campaigns while also supporting delegate sales for our conferences and events.
This is a varied role, with approximately 70% focused on sales activities and 30% on marketing, giving you exposure to the full commercial lifecycle of our events.
Key responsibilities of the role
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for conferences and events, ensuring deadlines and commercial objectives are achieved
- Promote conferences and engage with prospective delegates to drive attendance and revenue
- Produce engaging marketing content for email campaigns
- Write, edit and proofread clear, commercially focused copy
- Analyse campaign performance and produce reports that support future marketing decisions
- Identify and segment target audiences using our CRM and marketing platforms
- Work closely with the Production, Marketing and Data teams to maximise event success
- Manage customer enquiries professionally by telephone and email
- Provide administrative support throughout the event planning process
- Contribute ideas to improve campaigns, processes and customer experience.

- Interest and/or understanding of government and public-sector policy is preferred, but not essential.

- A degree (or expected degree) in Marketing or a related discipline.
