Salary: £14.80 per hour
Hours: Flexible / 37 hours is full time (Could consider part-time for the right candidate). The role will involve a mix of support work and key working responsibilities.

We are seeking a dedicated Active Support Worker to join our team and work closely with the Senior Support Worker and Team Manager. This role focuses on empowering a young woman with learning disabilities to thrive and reach her full potential.
As part of your responsibilities, you will create a personalised schedule that reflects the service user’s needs and preferences while promoting personal development and social inclusion. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring that appointments and planned events are carried out, discovering new activities and events that align with the service user’s interests, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and family members, and assisting with the induction of new team members.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, possess excellent organisational and communication skills, maintain a friendly demeanour, and be willing to develop new skills. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
