Located 15 minutes east of Chichester and 15 minutes south of Arundel, Bailiffscourt is located in the beautiful seaside village of Climping. Within easy reach of the A27 and A259, you will be in easy reach of all the main connecting routes to and from your work/home.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our spa therapy team in treating our guests to our beautiful TEMPLESPA and OPI Nailcare treatments, offering aftercare advice to guests, maintaining their treatment room standards, taking bookings, welcoming guests and being a key part of the spa experience for our visitors.
This person will be the ‘memory’ of the Bailiffscourt Spa journey and needs to provide a warm and efficient service and experience to the guest.
As a Spa Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:
· Performing our array of luxury spa treatments to our guests to the highest possible standard - we want our guests to feel like VIPs
· Offer aftercare advice to our guests as to what will benefit their skin and well-being.
· Be the warm and welcoming personality of the spa - we want our guests to remember you!
Your skills and experience should include
· Experience in the spa/beauty industry is desirable
· Relevant beauty therapy or complimentary therapy qualification/s that allow you to deliver our array of massage, facial, body and well-being therapies
· A confident, warm and welcoming approach with a natural desire to serve and exceed expectations of guests and colleagues.
· A pro-active stance to always look to improve standards and service.
· Flexible in attitude, approach and working hours.
