We are looking for a friendly and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring our guests enjoy a great dining experience from start to finish. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions where needed
- Ensure customers are happy throughout their visit and deal with any requests promptly
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately
- Clear and reset tables while maintaining a clean and tidy dining area
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all health, safety and hygiene standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality experience would be beneficial, although full training can be provided
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to stay calm and organised during busy periods
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays where required
