Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Conveyancing Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing property transfer processes, ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and compliant, and providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the conveyancing journey. Duties
- Prepare, review, and lodge legal documents related to property transfers, settlements, and mortgages
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and government authorities to gather necessary information and ensure timely processing
- Conduct analysis of property titles, searches, and relevant legal records to verify ownership details and identify potential issues
- Provide clear updates and guidance to clients regarding each stage of the conveyancing process
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, correspondence, and legal documentation for compliance purposes
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing deadlines, and organizing files to ensure efficient workflow
- Support the team in resolving any legal or procedural issues that arise during transactions
Skills
- Strong analysis skills to interpret legal documents, titles, and property data accurately
- Excellent customer service abilities to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with legal standards
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with conveyancing software or legal management systems is a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to navigate complex property transactions efficiently

Salary dependent on experience.
Pay: £27,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
