We have an exciting new vacancy for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at The Britannia Newcastle Airport Hotel. Our 105-room hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Newcastle International Airport as well as offering easy access to the city centre by public transport or car.

Duties will include:
- Managing the general maintenance both inside and outside of the hotel
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and inspections.
- Working alongside various departments and communicating effectively as required
- Dealing with contractors and visitors to the hotel accordingly.
- Managing the team including their rotas and training
- Ensuring all hotel systems and equipment are working efficiently and safely
The ideal candidate will be organised and punctual, no experience required as full training will be given.
