We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer who can take ownership of cloud support, system troubleshooting, and user assistance. You are not just resolving technical tickets; you are helping maintain stable cloud environments, improve system reliability, and support users with practical solutions. You will work closely with IT, operations, customer service, vendors, and management teams to ensure cloud based tools remain secure, accessible, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Support: Provide day to day support for cloud based systems, Microsoft 365, Azure related services, cloud applications, and user access issues.
Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues involving email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, cloud platforms, login problems, software tools, and system performance.
User Account Management: Create, update, and manage user accounts, permissions, groups, password resets, and access requests.
Microsoft 365 Administration: Support Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, security settings, and basic tenant administration.
Incident Management: Respond to support tickets, prioritise issues, document resolutions, and escalate complex problems when required.
Security Support: Help maintain secure access, multi factor authentication, password policies, endpoint protection, software updates, and basic cloud security controls.
System Monitoring: Monitor cloud services, support availability checks, review alerts, and assist with preventive maintenance.
Documentation: Maintain clear technical notes, support procedures, troubleshooting guides, system changes, and user instructions.
Vendor Coordination: Work with software vendors, cloud providers, external IT partners, and service providers when additional support is required.
Team Collaboration: Work with IT, operations, customer service, and management teams to support reliable technical service delivery.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 3 plus years of experience in cloud support, IT support, technical support, service desk, systems administration, or application support.
Cloud Knowledge: Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure basics, cloud applications, user access management, and cloud based troubleshooting.
Technical Skills: Experience with Windows systems, endpoint support, networking basics, VPN, email support, Active Directory or Entra ID, and ticketing systems.
Problem Solving: You can investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and apply practical solutions without overcomplicating the process.
Organisation: You can manage multiple support requests, follow priorities, keep documentation updated, and complete technical tasks accurately.
Communication: You can explain technical issues clearly to non technical users, internal teams, vendors, and managers.
Security Awareness: You understand the importance of safe access, data protection, password standards, multi factor authentication, and responsible cloud use.
Mindset: You are reliable, detail oriented, service focused, and proactive. You understand that strong cloud support is about stability, security, communication, and follow through.
Pay: £4,800.00-£5,200.00 per month
