Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide product information
- Conduct sales transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to sell products and upsell additional items or services
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Multilingual skills, particularly Polish, are a plus
- Organizational skills to keep track of inventory and maintain a tidy sales floor
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately

We’re currently looking to recruit an internal sales executive to join our company based in our West London branch (Southall) starting ASAP. This full-time on-site position is located in Southall at Alltype Roofing Supplies (Group) Southall. As an Internal Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for meeting sales targets, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships. You will be working alongside other members of the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and knowledge of our products.
