Role Responsibilities
As a Home Care Assistant, you will:
- Support people to live independently in their own homes
- Deliver person-centred care based on individual needs and preferences
- Use reablement-focused approaches to promote independence
- Support families to help individuals achieve personal outcomes
- Provide companionship and help reduce loneliness
- Ensure safety and wellbeing at all times
