The Role
Sofina Foods is looking for a detail-focused individual to join our hygiene team. As a Hygiene Operative, you'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring our production environment meets the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance.
Shift: Night shift, 2 week rotation
Week 1: Monday 1830 to 0600 & Tuesday to Friday 2000 to 0230
Week 2: Tuesday to Friday 2000 to 0230 & Saturday 1830 to 0600
Pay rate £14.37
Your Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out scheduled cleaning of production areas, equipment, and facilities

Ensuring all hygiene tasks are completed to food safety and regulatory standards

Supporting your team to uphold a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Following established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in hygiene or cleaning, ideally in a food production setting

Able to work night shifts on a full-time basis

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining standards

Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices

Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
