We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at 21st Amendment Hoylake — one of the Wirral’s most exciting independent bars and restaurants.
We’re known for our great cocktails, internationally inspired food menu, and a genuine love of hospitality. We need someone who shares that passion and can help us deliver an exceptional experience every single time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising the bar and floor team during service
- Leading by example with exceptional customer service
- Supporting stock management, ordering and deliveries
- Opening and closing the venue
- Training and developing junior team members
- Ensuring licensing laws and hygiene standards are maintained
What we’re looking for:
- Previous supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant environment
- A confident, natural leader who thrives under pressure
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
