This is a varied and hands-on role that combines field-based responsibilities with operational support, ensuring our team and clients receive outstanding service every day.

Purpose of the Role
To be a reliable operational presence for the business, managing field-based activities and supporting the team with ad hoc tasks and day-to-day agency needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of field-based duties, including, property inventories, move-in appointments, periodic property inspections, check out inspections, take-ons and viewings.
- Deliver property-related documentation and marketing materials such as fliers when required.
- Conduct routine property checks and report findings promptly to the team and clients.
- Support the office team with operational and administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with preparing properties for marketing and viewings including preparing floor plans, photography and video tours.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from colleagues to help ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Represent the agency professionally when interacting with clients, contractors, and members of the public.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Practical and comfortable working both independently, remotely and as part of a team.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional.
- Confident using smartphones and basic digital systems to complete tasks and report updates.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Good knowledge of the local area (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Photography / videography skills desirable
- Experience in estate agency / property management desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
