Salary
Up to £45,000 OTE
We offer a competitive basic salary based on experience and qualifications, with realistic opportunities to earn up to £45,000 On-Target Earnings through overtime and performance-related opportunities.

The Work You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same.
You’ll work on a wide variety of vehicles carrying out:
- MOT Testing (Subject to licence)
- Advanced diagnostics
- Electrical fault finding
- Engine management diagnosis
- Servicing and maintenance
- Timing belts & timing chains
- Clutches
- Suspension & steering repairs
- Braking systems
- Air conditioning
- Vehicle programming
- Performance upgrades
- General mechanical repairs
This is an opportunity to broaden your skills while working with some of the best equipment available to an independent garage.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a valid MOT Tester licence (preferred)
- Is Level 3 qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Enjoys diagnostics and fault finding
- Takes pride in producing quality workmanship
- Wants to continually improve
- Works well within a team
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Holds a full UK driving licence
