Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Lettings Negotiator to schedule and confirm viewing appointments.
- Deliver excellent customer service to prospective tenants and represent the company professionally at all times.
- Ensure properties are left secure after viewings and follow all company procedures.
- Report any property issues, maintenance needs, or risks to the team.
Location & Travel Requirements You'll be based primarily in Birmingham and Burton on Trent, with occasional opportunities to visit other developments across the UK. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required.
