Develop construction methodologies and undertake constructability reviews for marine construction activities, including onshore work hubs and muster ports, marine logistics, vessel navigation and mooring arrangements, heavy lifting and transportation operations, large diameter drilling and piling activities, and grouting operations
Review and assess proposed construction solutions, identifying impacts on safety, programme, cost and risk
Identify and manage risks and opportunities associated with the section of works
Develop scopes of work and technical requirements for subcontract tender packages and support procurement activities, including subcontractor evaluations
Support mobilisation and readiness planning as the project transitions from preconstruction into offshore construction and delivery
Maintain accurate records, reports and technical documentation relating to assigned workstreams
Promote a positive safety culture and actively support continuous improvement initiatives across the project team What We Are Looking For

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and interfaces simultaneously
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, designers, subcontractors and clients
Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them with limited supervision
Desirable Experience and Qualifications:
Experience of marine operations, offshore construction, ports, coastal or major infrastructure projects
Familiarity with the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 (CDM)
Experience contributing to subcontractor procurement and tendering activities
Understanding of marine logistics, vessel operations or offshore construction techniques
