Duties
- Lead and supervise the entire kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met or exceeded
- Manage food preparation activities, including recipe development, ingredient sourcing, and portion control
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service and exceptional hospitality experiences
- Develop menus that reflect current culinary trends while aligning with brand identity and customer preferences
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to promote skill development and professional growth
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food production, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster collaboration
- Solid kitchen experience including food preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, hospitality principles, and customer service excellence
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with staff and ensure smooth kitchen workflow
Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year
