Bar Staff:
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Handle transactions and operate the cash register
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies
- Day & evening shifts
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and serve customers efficiently
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in bartending or serving roles
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of beverages
- Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g. kegs)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Kitchen Porter:
Washing up, cleaning and cleaning all kitchen areas
Unloading and putting away deliveries
Emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors
Ensuring al equipment is clean and put away correctly

Housekeeping:
Seeking reliable and flexible housekeepers to join our team. As a housekeeper you will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms, cottages and public areas throughout the venue. Stocking and maintaining housekeeping equipment and chemicals. Organisation of laundry deliveries. Reporting of maintenance issues and collaboration with other departments to ensure excellent customer service is delivered. Availability to work, weekends holidays and early mornings.
Front of House:
Looking for enthusiastic front of house team members to join our award winning team, providing excellent customer service and guest experience. Duties include the greeting of guests in a friendly and professional manner. Serve Breakfast and prepare for the wedding ahead. Handling of customer enquiries. Maintain a clean and organised area of work.
