The opportunity has arisen to join London’s leading estate agent as an Administration Assistant to support the Procurement & Facilities team. This is a great opportunity for someone keen to get into the property industry and/or gain administration experience in a really exciting and fast-paced department.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Procurement and Facilities team including but not limited to:
- General office & admin tasks – emails, telephone calls, data input.
- General Procurement tasks
- General Facilities tasks including monitoring internal software solution for reporting issues (MaintainX)
- Process approved purchase requests and raise associated purchase orders
- Process and record supplier invoices promptly for payment
- Build working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Respond to queries in a timely manner and keep accurate records
- Liaise with contractors or suppliers as directed
- Communicate with the team to ensure everyone is kept up to date
- Provide assistance to help cover other members of the team as and when required
- Any ad hoc duties as required

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience of working in a busy administration or finance environment would be an advantage but is not essential
