Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with vehicle enquiries and sales.
- Providing excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Handling incoming telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries professionally.
- Maintaining accurate office records and completing sales paperwork.
- Cleaning, preparing, maintaing and valeting vehicles to a high standard.
- Ensuring the forecourt and vehicles are presented professionally at all times.
- Assisting with vehicle handovers and after-sales customer care.
- Updating vehicle listings and keeping stock information organised.
- Developing a good knowledge of our vehicle stock and specifications.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the dealership.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (required).
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the motor trade or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Good telephone manner and confidence speaking with customers.
- Passion for cars and a good understanding of different vehicle makes and models.
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in used car sales.
- Vehicle valeting or detailing experience.
- Knowledge of vehicle finance and warranties (training can be provided).
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
