Responsibilities
- Wire boiler control panels and electrical components using hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology techniques.
- Install and connect programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate boiler functions efficiently.
- Assemble electrical circuits and wiring harnesses following detailed schematics and technical specifications.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of wiring systems to ensure safety standards and operational reliability.
- Collaborate with mechanical teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into boiler assemblies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of wiring diagrams, installation procedures, and inspection reports.
- Follow safety protocols rigorously during all wiring and assembly activities to prevent hazards.
Experience
- Proven experience in electrical wiring, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments involving boilers or similar equipment.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology for precise assembly work.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their integration into control systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to boiler components and assembly processes.
- Demonstrated electrical experience with circuit testing, troubleshooting, and safety compliance.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Prior exposure to working with power tools in a fast-paced production or maintenance setting is highly desirable.
