We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing teams, and driving commercial performance. You'll lead our restaurant, bar, banqueting and events operations, ensuring outstanding service standards whilst creating a positive and engaging culture for your team.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and developing the Food & Beverage team.
- Driving service excellence across all F&B outlets.
- Managing staffing, rotas and labour costs.
- Maximising revenue opportunities and controlling costs.
- Supporting weddings, events and banqueting operations.
- Creating memorable guest experiences that keep visitors returning.
