We are now looking for caring and dependable Night Care Assistants to join our well-established team.
About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll be an important part of ensuring our residents receive the care, comfort and security they deserve throughout the night. Working as part of a small and supportive team, you’ll promote dignity, independence and respect in everything you do.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support with residents’ nighttime routines
- Carry out regular wellbeing and safety checks
- Offer emotional reassurance and companionship when needed
- Accurately complete care records and handovers
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards overnight
About You:
- Experience in a care or support role preferred (training provided for the right person)
- Compassionate, patient and reliable
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Flexible to work night shifts on a rota basis
