Service Technician – Commercial Swimming Pool Plant
Location: South East (travel throughout the UK as required)
Hours: 45 hours per week (typically 7:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday)

Hydrospec is a well-established specialist in the design, build, and maintenance of commercial swimming pools and hydrotherapy systems across the UK. We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our maintenance team, supporting a range of sites — including leisure centres, schools, and local authorities — primarily across the South East region.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial swimming pool plant and associated systems.
- Conduct water testing, chemical dosing, and plant checks in line with operational and safety standards.
- Diagnose faults, replace parts, and ensure efficient system performance.
- Liaise with clients and site staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Complete digital service reports and maintain accurate records.
- Work independently and as part of a team, depending on project scope.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Experience in swimming pool plant maintenance, water treatment, or a similar technical service role.
- Sound understanding of pool water chemistry, dosing systems, and filtration.
- Comfortable with travel and early starts when required.
- Reliable, organised, and safety-conscious.
