Team Locum is a specialist complex care agency supporting clients across the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, and Solihull. We are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enables individuals with complex health needs to live safely and independently in their own homes.
We are supporting two ladies in the B19 area who have a wide range of clinical needs.
Our first client is looking for support at home on a part-time basis. She has shorter calls with no complex needs.
Our second client has been with Team Locum for many years, and is looking to expand her team. She loves eating Caribbean food, while spending time with her daughter. She is looking for staff who can promote mobility and encourage to try new things.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare professionals to join our growing team. This role involves supporting clients with a range of complex care needs through a combination of longer day shifts and domiciliary care visits within the community.
Duties will include:
- Delivering personal care
- Assisting with mobility
- Administration of Medication
- Clinical Training to deliver- Oral suctioning, Tracheostomy Care
Successful candidates will be expected to provide high standards of care, promote independence, and support clients with their daily living activities while always maintaining dignity and respect.
Hours Available
- Mixture of short and long calls
- Days and nights available
- Shift times range from 30 minutes to 12 hour shifts
Essential Skills
· 3 months previous care experience within UK
· Experience with administration of medication
· We are accepting female only staff for these clients
· Needs to be able to attend training based in Kings Norton B30
