Partnerships for Better Business Ltd are seeking a Project Support Coordinator with experience in public facing roles including experience in administration, events and project delivery to join our team at Bracknell Business Improvement District (BID).
This is a full-time position based at Bracknell Business Area. The candidate will be expected to work on site a minimum of 3 days a week (hybrid working). The candidate will need to live within a 45 minute commute of Bracknell.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 A levels at grades A to C / Apprenticeship or equivalent, IT literate, with competence in Microsoft Office Software including Excel, Access and Word, two years work experience. A degree is desirable but not essential.
Excellent command of the English language in written and spoken word.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a small, friendly dynamic team located in Bracknell. The successful applicant will be supporting the work of the Bracknell BID Team in project and event delivery. They will also provide administrative support to the working groups and liaise with businesses and partners and helping to coordinate activity to ensure effective delivery and promotion.
The successful candidate must have
- a confident and engaging personality, comfortable with meeting and liaising with businesses and suppliers.
- excellent oral, written and IT communication skills (word, excel and powerpoint essential).
- a coordinated and structured approach to a challenging working environment and able to schedule and prioritise work.
- ability to work as part of a close knit team, both on site and with remote offices.
Salary circa £28,000- £30,000 per annum dependant on experience.
