JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing a comprehensive high quality resident focussed service to tenants
- Implement key worker residential accommodation policies & processes
- Set up payment procedures & lodge/return of deposits.
- Implement compliant tenancy agreements /Licences & sign up procedures in accordance with current legislation, RFC and trust input
- Implement Inventory policy.
- Ensure the project complies with all trust policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement change control procedures
- Track and report achievement and status
- Overseeing the management of risks and, ensuring that there is a defined risk management process and risk register, with a process for identifying and escalating risks, as appropriate.
