Join us at Zedonk, where innovation meets expertise in Specialist Business ERP Software crafted specifically for the dynamic needs of the fashion industry. Our mission is clear: to seamlessly bridge the evolving realms of fashion and technology. Zedonk's cutting edge solution is the one stop shop technology for brands and showrooms. We empower businesses to streamline their operations and elevate their success.
With a history of nearly 20 years, Zedonk has empowered 1000+ brands and showrooms across 45 countries. Our success lies in an affordable, modular structure tailored to small and medium sized companies' unique needs. As we chart our course in the ever evolving technology sector, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and contribute to the next exciting chapter of our success story.
Headquartered in London, our team comprises industry experts dedicated to delivering unparalleled service to our clients. We value individuals inspired to make a difference, possess a keen interest in the intersection of technology and fashion, and exhibit curiosity. At Zedonk, we thrive on team collaboration, a small but mighty team where sharing, trust, and a social spirit form the foundation of our work culture.
In the Product Team, we don't just build software; we solve complex fashion business problems. This role is for a ‘super user’ of the entire Zedonk system, both Z.Hub, our ERP, and Z.Studio, our PLM, with a specific focus on Warehouse, Accounts & Payments. You'll get hands-on with ZPay, our new payments and invoicing product landing in 2027, and Stock Allocation, both built in-house, plus our accounting integrations (Xero, Quickbooks, Fortnox, e-Invoicing) and warehouse integrations, which connect out to third-party platforms. Invoices, stock counts, and warehouse data all punish the smallest error, so this is a role for someone who takes pride in catching what others miss. By leading internal training and creating 'gold standard' guides, you bridge the gap between the product team and our internal client-facing teams. We're looking for a resourceful problem solver who takes pride in having the answers and enjoys helping others grow through shared knowledge. Warehouse, Accounts & Payments is where you'll go deepest, but you'll build working knowledge across the whole of Zedonk so you can support colleagues and clients beyond your core area.
Who are you?
You are a dependable professional who finds satisfaction in being the 'engine room' of a team. You're looking to take the next step in your career, and you want to be part of a team building a product that clients actually enjoy using. You stay calm under pressure and are comfortable juggling multiple testing projects and internal queries at the same time. You take pride in being the reliable 'source of truth' that the rest of the company can depend on. You can work independently within your own specialism, but you're just as happy pitching in elsewhere, our areas overlap, and everyone chips in to keep things joined up. You've got the commercial nous to hold your own with senior stakeholders, and you want to keep growing as you learn more. At Zedonk, we value that expertise, your voice will be listened to and heard.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Mastery & Detailing: Deep dive into your core area (ZPay, accounting integrations, Stock Allocation, warehouse integrations) to master the system and document granular logic, while building working knowledge across the rest of Zedonk's offering over time.
- Tier 2 Internal Support: Act as the main point of escalation for the Client Success team, providing troubleshooting for complex internal queries that require deep logical insight.
- End to End Testing (QA): Conduct manual testing on new features, bug fixes, and updates. You are responsible for ensuring functionality is sound and meets our standards before it goes live.
- Project Contribution: Work with other members of the Product team on new projects, providing operational insight during the discovery phase and ensuring the final product works for industry workflows.
- Documentation & Knowledge Base: Maintain the "Internal Source of Truth," including feature specifications and "how to" guides that translate technical logic into clear language for your colleagues.
- Internal Education:Lead training sessions for the Client Success and Business Development teams to ensure they are fully equipped on new functionality and complex modules.
- Market, Competitor & Regulatory Research: Track market trends, what competitors are doing, and evolving government and regulatory requirements affecting trading and accounts (such as VAT, customs, and e-invoicing mandates), feeding findings into product roadmap decisions.
- Research & Proposals: Build the case for improvements in your area, bring proposals to the Product Director for sign-off, write clear specs for the development team, and support testing before release.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 2 years + experience in fashion, payments, or warehouse operations (Logistics or Supply Chain).
- Previous experience using Zedonk is desirable, though experience in a similar product role elsewhere works just as well.
- An understanding of payment tools and warehouse management systems is desired, whether that's an in-house platform or a third-party tool such as Xero or a WMS.
- A strong understanding of the fashion supply chain.
- The ability to multitask and manage several projects and internal questions at once.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex logic clearly in writing and in person.
- Confidently lead internal training and collaborate across different departments.
- Meticulous attention to detail, comfortable being the person who double-checks a figure or a stock count nobody else thought to question.
- Calm under pressure, with sound judgement people trust.
- A quick learner who picks things up fast and actually retains them, rather than needing to relearn the same thing twice.
- Genuinely curious about how a change in one part of the system affects everything else, not just what changed, but why it matters elsewhere.
- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster, whether that's researching a regulatory change or getting up to speed on a new topic. We're a human-first company, AI helps you move quicker, it doesn't do your thinking for you.
